David Gaule & Mandy Henderson from RIVR represented the Landlord (Acadia Realty Trust) on a new lease with Faherty Brand, a leading American clothing company for new 4,693 square-foot retail store located at 109 W. Broughton Street in downtown Savannah. 

The new Faherty Brand store on Broughton Street is located in the high-profile retail space formerly occupied by Victoria’s Secret and is the latest addition to the burgeoning retail scene in downtown Savannah. The building is owned by Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR), an equity real estate investment company headquartered in New York.
