David Gaule was engaged to negotiate the sale of two turnkey bar and restaurants for the well established Scottish Pub chain, Molly Macphersons located in Pooler and Richmond Hill.Â
The sale included the real estate and FF&E and the businesses as a going concern.
The properties were sold to Five Spot for $1.525M and Etang for $2.85M
