David Gaule & Mandy Henderson from RIVR represented the Landlord & Tenant on a new lease with OMG Candy, a leading confectionary retailer from Charleston SC,  for a new 1,500 square-foot retail store at 23 E Broughton St in downtown Savannah. 

The new OMG Candy store on Broughton Street is located in a space formerly occupied by Senses Skin Lounge and is the latest addition to the growing retail scene in downtown Savannah. The building is owned by Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR), an equity real estate investment company headquartered in New York.
