David Gaule & Mandy Henderson from RIVR represented the Landlord (Acadia Realty Trust) on a new lease with Warby Parker on Broughton Street in downtown Savannah. 

The new Warby Parker store store is the latest addition to the burgeoning retail scene in downtown Savannah. The building is owned by Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR), an equity real estate investment company headquartered in New York.
